Calculating CP33 Settings For Your Desired PPM Level

DIRECTIONS:

Enter requested values in the white areas shown.

FOR WATER SOLUBLE CHEMICALS

  1. Enter the % of chemical concentration in the water soluble product.
  2. Enter the weight of the bag or container of dry product.
  3. Enter the maximum solubility of the product. (Usually located on chemical labeling or bag)
  4. Enter the desired PPM.
  5. Enter the maximum water flow of your system in GPM.
  6. Press Calculate and the calculator will display the number of gallons of water to use in the solution tank and the appropriate CP33 setting.

FOR LIQUID CHEMICALS

  1. Enter the % of chemical concentration in the product.
  2. Enter the desired PPM.
  3. Enter the maximum water flow of your system in GPM.
  4. Press Calculate and the calculator will display the appropriate CP33 setting.

Notes:

This calculator is for determining the proper injection rate setting on the CP33 based on the desired PPM in the output water flow. The chemicals can be liquid or water soluble and can range from chlorine to fertilizer to pharmaceuticals. This calculator is provided as an aid for the convenience of our users. The results should not be solely relied upon to determine the setting for the injection rate in your application. Measuring the PPM in the output water and adjusting accordingly is strongly recommended. Chemilizer accepts no liability for any damages incurred as a result of using this calculator.
