102027 Walchem Gland, SS, High Temp/Submersion (pH/ORP)

1. Lubricate the o-ring inside the gland. (Lubricant should be a petroleum based grease)

2. With the cap nut loose, insert a 12mm glass or polymer electrode into the fitting. (Walchem P/N 102029 pH or 102963 ORP)

3. Make sure the cap nut, O-ring and ferrule are arranged as shown in the illustration.

4. HAND TIGHTEN the cap nut just enough to grip the electrode. Too much pressure will crush the electrode!
