Sigmamotor PVC calibration cylinders for accurate calibration of chemical metering pumps.
Calibration cylinders are mounted on the suction side of a metering pump and are equipped with two isolation valves. The top of the cylinder is vented back to the supply tank or directed to a drain. To perform calibration, the calibration cylinder is filled to the designated top mark, and the inlet valve from the tank is then closed.
When the metering pump is activated, it draws liquid from the cylinder, allowing operators to easily measure and verify the pump’s flow rate. The cylinder is graduated in both US gallons per hour (GPH) and milliliters (mL) for precise monitoring.
