Installation Notes:

1. Drill or punch a hole sized for the 1/2" bulkhead (use the included gaskets as a guide; deburr the edges).

2. Place one EPDM gasket on each side of the wall/panel.

3. Insert the bulkhead, align the elbow as desired, and tighten the 1/2" NPSM lock nut hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

4. Thread your process connection onto the 1/2" MNPT end using compatible thread sealant.

5. Insert 1/4" OD tubing fully into the ferrule seat and tighten the knurled nut until secure.
