The 1 1/2" T2C filter unit is used for the same purposes as the 3/4" and 1" filter units, but with its larger size, has additional applications as well. The 1 1/2" unit is used often for filtering the irrigation mainline to help keep all sprinkler nozzles clean and operating properly.
