Econ Integrator Meter System

The system comes with an Econ Integrator™ pump and a dry contact pulse water meter, both securely mounted on a strong wall-mountable panel. The pump operates on electricity and is triggered by the pulse signals from the water meter. This setup allows the pump to inject a precise amount of chemical based on the volume of water flowing through the system.

You can choose between 3/4″ or 1″ plastic water meters, with pulse contact options of 1, 2, 4, or 10 pulses per gallon to match your application needs. A flow indicator on the discharge line helps verify that the chemical solution is being pumped properly. Additionally, a junction box is included to keep all wiring organized and protected.

Good water quality plays an important role in improving the health and productivity of livestock and poultry. It also helps protect and extend the life of water supply equipment. The Econ Integrator™ Meter System is designed to inject commonly used chemicals directly into the water line without dilution. This allows farms to treat water effectively while ensuring the pump operates safely and reliably.

Econ Integrator Meter Systems Key Features:

  • Pump operating times are digitally adjusted from 0.1 to 60 seconds in 1% increments.
  • The solutions are contained in the tube and in suction/discharge lines so they do not touch the moving parts in the pump.
  • Equipped with a safety lockout feature and a standby mode.
  • Standby mode allows tube replacement in the pump head without disconnecting the power and/or the lead wires
  • It is self-priming and doesn’t lose prime due to off-gassing solutions.
