A built-in leak detection system includes a dedicated output relay and an LED status indicator on the control pad. In the event of a leak, the pump automatically shuts down, sends an output signal, and activates the Leak LED for immediate notification. For mission-critical applications, the S420 also offers back-up capability seamlessly transferring operation from the primary pump to a secondary unit to maintain uninterrupted performance. Additional LED indicators provide real-time status updates for simplified monitoring.
Designed for demanding environments, the pump is powered by a brushless DC motor with ball bearing support and housed in a rugged polycarbonate enclosure rated NEMA 4X for durability. Routine maintenance is streamlined with tool-free tube replacement, a standard feature across all Stenner metering pumps. Pump heads and tubes are interchangeable, allowing easy model conversion without the need to purchase a new pump.
