Description  
Use the clay sinker to weight down your suction line strainer preventing it from floating up in the chemical tank. For proper operation of your chemical metering pump you need to ensure that the suction line and suction line strainer are vertical. Since suction foot valve strainers have a check valve or check ball it's important that they be weighted and vertical so gravity can properly seat the valve preventing loss of prime. This sinker is universal and fits up to 1/2" tubing.
