Econ FP Meter System

The Stenner Econ FP Meter System is a flow-activated chemical metering solution designed for light-duty water well and other water treatment applications where chemical dosing must be proportional to system flow. Flow-paced chemical injection provides consistent treatment and is commonly used for water disinfection, pH adjustment, oxidation, and other chemical treatment processes.

The system combines the Stenner Econ FP metering pump with a dry-contact water meter to automatically coordinate chemical dosing with water flow. Factory-assembled components are pre-mounted on a heavy-duty, wall-mountable panel, simplifying installation and providing a compact, organized metering solution for treatment systems.

The system is available with a 3/4” or 1” plastic water meter configured for 1, 2, 4, or 10 pulses per gallon, allowing the metering system to be matched to different flow-monitoring and dosing requirements. The water meter is certified by IAPMO to ANSI/NSF 372 for low-lead compliance, making the system suitable for applications where material compliance is an important consideration.

There are five operating time ranges displayed, the maximum pump operating time is adjustable from 10% to 100%.

  • 1 SECOND = 0.1 to 1.0
  • 5 SECONDS = 0.5 to 5.0
  • 10 SECONDS = 1.0 to 10.0
  • 20 SECONDS = 2.0 to 20.0
  • 60 SECONDS = 6.0 to 60.0
