Econ Integrator Meter System

The Stenner Econ Integrator™ Meter System is a pre-assembled chemical dosing solution that combines an Econ Integrator™ metering pump with a dry-contact pulse water meter, all mounted on a heavy-duty, wall-mountable panel for simplified installation and reliable field operation. The electrically powered pump receives pulse signals from the water meter and uses the programmed pulse rate to deliver a consistent volume of chemical based on water consumption.

The system is available with a 3/4-inch or 1-inch plastic water meter and multiple contact rates of 1, 2, 4, or 10 pulses per gallon, allowing the dosing configuration to be matched to the required water flow and chemical feed rate. A flow indicator on the discharge line provides a convenient visual confirmation of chemical movement, while the integrated junction box provides organized containment for electrical connections and wiring.

The system can also integrate with an existing water meter used to monitor overall water consumption, eliminating the need for a separate meter solely for chemical dosing. The pump incorporates a built-in repeater relay that retransmits the water meter pulse signal to the facility's house controller, allowing water consumption to continue registering accurately.

The Stenner Econ Integrator™ can maintain precise chemical injection or be placed in standby mode without interrupting the water meter signal. This functionality supports continuous water-use monitoring while providing flexible control over chemical dosing operations.

With its pre-assembled panel configuration, selectable pulse rates, visual flow verification, and controller signal integration, the Econ Integrator™ Meter System provides a dependable and installation-ready solution for automated chemical dosing in livestock, poultry, and other agricultural water treatment applications.
