Econ Stennicator Meter System

The Stenner Econ Stennicator Meter System is a pre-assembled chemical dosing solution featuring an Econ Stennicator pump and water meter mounted on a heavy-duty panel for streamlined installation and reliable operation in water treatment applications.

The Econ Stennicator is a fixed-ratio chemical medicator designed to inject treatment chemicals at a precise 1:128 ratio. The electrically powered pump is activated by a dry-contact signal from a pulsing water meter, enabling chemical dosing to correspond directly with water consumption.

Unlike traditional water-driven medicators and proportioning systems, the Stennicator is designed to maintain reliable dosing performance without restricting water flow. Water quality issues, flow restrictions, and bypass conditions that can affect conventional water-driven systems are minimized. The system is also suitable for handling aggressive chemical solutions because the chemicals remain isolated within the peristaltic pump tube, suction line, and discharge line, preventing direct contact with the pump’s mechanical components.

The Stennicator delivers chemical directly into the water line at the 1:128 fixed injection ratio without creating an additional hydraulic restriction. Its peristaltic pumping technology provides self-priming operation and helps maintain prime when dosing gaseous solutions, supporting consistent chemical delivery across demanding applications.

With its pre-assembled configuration, fixed-ratio dosing, water-meter activation, and chemical isolation, the Econ Stennicator Meter System provides a practical solution for controlled chemical injection where dependable flow monitoring and simplified installation are required.
