Stennicators are the devices designed to provide convenient, controlled delivery of precision dosages of iodine, vaccines, acids, chlorine, electrolytes and more without harming the pumps’s moving parts. The presence of grit, hardness, or iron in water can cause complications when typical medicators combine stock solutions for injection. However, Stennicators are unaffected by poor water quality because the pump injects directly into the water line. Cannon Water Technology offers several models of Stenner Econ Stennicator series that are reliable and made to last for a long time. Our range of Econ Stennicator series pumps are easy to install and simple to maintain. Equipped with a wall adapter power supply, they can effectively handle wide range of livestock solutions, strong acids, and disinfectants.

How Does Econ Stennicator Meter Systems Work?

The Stennicator is usually powered and uses a pulsing dry contact meter to perform. The pump is activated by the pulse from the water meter. On receiving the pulse, the pump injects fixed amount of solution to the water. The pumps can be easily set into one of the three pulse settings – 1 pulse/gallon, 10 pulses per gallon, and 1 pulse per liter.

The Stennicator meter system includes a standby and prime setting. In the prime setting, the water meter signals the house controller to register the consumption of water. This is made possible by the internal relay. In the standby mode, the pump is switched off and the relay will continue to signal the house controller. The relay feature is considered ideal for multiple pump applications. In such applications, all connected pumps are activated using a dry contact pulse water meter.
