Pyxis ST-711 Inline ORP Sensor

The ST-711 an inline single-channel ORP sensor that is specifically designed to simplify installation, calibration and operation in process, industrial, waste and cooling water applications. This sensor offers an embedded transmitter and can be utilized in both 4–20mA or RS-485 Modbus formats. When used in RS-485 format, the ST-711 also provides a temperature output signal. These features dramatically improve application possibilities allowing the ST-711 to be directly connected to most OEM controller, PLC or DCS systems.

The ST-711 has an oversized platinum disk for ORP that increases resistance to highly turbid waters and contamination. The enlarged salt bridge design with large junction capacity also ensures a long sensor life with minimal maintenance. This device is ideally suited for “hard-to-measure” waters where conventional ORP sensors would otherwise fail or require high maintenance costs. The ST-711 does NOT require electrode change-out or Potassium Chloride (KCl) re-fill, and is designed to be used until the end of life and then completely swapped out.
