2 PPC When Red and Blue Wires are Combined. Black Wire is Common. 

Three Wire Output. Each Wire Red And Blue Output 0.5 GPC, 5 GPC or 50 GPC (Gallon Per Contact) Depending on which multiplier dial the silver magnet is connected to and the reed switch is located over the magnet. 

Combining Red and Blue Together will Generate Two Pulses Per Contact.
