WashBasic™ LLL Three-Pump Laundry Chemical Dispenser

Compact three-pump dosing system for on-premise laundry (OPL) operations requiring precision, reliability, and easy installation in tight spaces. The WashBasic LLL provides flexible, independent control of up to three laundry chemicals—detergent, bleach, and neutralizer—through programmable dosing and calibration functions that guarantee consistent wash quality while reducing chemical waste.

Why Choose WashBasic LLL

  • Three independent pumps – dose up to 3 products (detergent, bleach, softener, etc.) with fully programmable timing and sequencing.

  • Smart sequencing – optional Sequence Mode ignores previous wash-cycle triggers, preventing cross-phase dosing errors.

  • Motor Block Alarm – built-in safety feature halts operation under backpressure or blocked tubing, protecting the pump motor.

  • Flexible triggers3 independent inputs (24–230 Vac 50/60 Hz) drive each pump separately.

  • Precise calibration – integrated calibration function ensures exact chemical quantities for every cycle.

  • Compact and durableIP 55 plastic enclosure designed for harsh laundry environments.

  • Global power compatibility – operates on 100–230 Vac @ 50/60 Hz (optional 24 Vac version available).

  • Acoustic and remote alarms – relay output for external monitoring plus onboard audible alert for empty chemical levels.

Designed for applications requiring a cost-effective 2- or 3-product solution where space and simplicity are priorities.

Ideal For

  • Commercial and institutional laundries

  • Hotels, motels, resorts, and spas

  • Nursing homes, hospitals, and clinics

  • Small industrial laundries and multi-housing facilities

How It Works

  1. Washer triggers send a signal (24–230 Vac) to one or more pumps.

  2. Pump activation delivers a preset dose (1 – 500 g) of each chemical.

  3. Timing control – delay times adjustable from 1 – 15 minutes per product.

  4. Alarm monitoring – acoustic alert and relay output for remote notification of low chemical or motor fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I run three different laundry products simultaneously?
A: Yes. Each of the three pumps operates independently and can be triggered separately.

Q: What is Sequence Mode?
A: Sequence Mode ignores prior cycle triggers, ensuring chemical dosing follows the programmed wash phase order.

Q: How does the Motor Block Alarm help?
A: It protects the unit by detecting overpressure or a clogged delivery tube, stopping the motor to prevent damage.

Q: Is it suitable for small laundry rooms?
A: Absolutely—the compact 285 × 230 × 115 mm enclosure fits easily in tight installations.
