WDS Series pH ORP Sensors

Walchem’s WDS Series differential pH and ORP sensors deliver dependable, long-term performance for both industrial and municipal applications. These sensors employ a differential measurement system that utilizes two key electrodes - one dedicated to process measurement and another serving as the reference - each compared against a third metal electrode. The reference electrode, made of pH glass, is housed in a pH 7 buffer solution located behind a porous, replaceable salt bridge. If the reference solution becomes contaminated, or the salt bridge becomes clogged, it is easily replaced. Unlike traditional silver/silver chloride references, the pH glass design resists chemical degradation, ensuring superior accuracy and extended sensor life.
