CHEM-FEED® Plastic Duplex Skid System
The CHEM-FEED® CFPS Engineered Skid System ships fully assembled, simplifying installations and start-ups. CHEM-FEED® CFPS skids are constructed out of strong, light-weight chemical and UV resistant polyethylene and feature leak-free threadless connections. Pipe material options include PVC, CPVC, PVDF, and Chem Proline® (PE).
An optional SONIC-PRO® Chemical Flow Meter provides accurate measurement of chemical feed and features an isolated 4-20 mA output, process control via configurable solid state relay, and user configurable flow rate and total set-point triggers.

- Reinforced braided PVC, 200 psi max, meets NSF std. 51. The pump inlet and outlet flexible tubing connections are terminated to half unions and secured to the barbed fitting with stainless steel clamps.
