Classic Series Double Head Adjustable Pumps

Like other pumps in the Classic Series, the Double Head Adjustable pump is designed to dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acids, polyphosphates, and biocides. It is commonly used for water treatment applications including disinfection, pH control, oxidation, corrosion and scale prevention, and sanitization. These models can be identified by item numbers starting with 100J or 170J.

This pump series delivers double the output, making it ideal for large commercial pools, aquatic facilities, and water or wastewater treatment plants. It can also dose two compatible solutions at the same ratio. Built on the same design as the Classic Series single head adjustable pump, the double head model includes an additional pump head to provide twice the capacity.

How the Double Head Adjustable Output Pump Works

The pump’s output depends on three factors: the motor gear speed (rpm), the feed rate control setting, and the pump tubes in both heads. The feed rate control features an external dial labeled L to 10, allowing adjustment from 5% up to 100% in precise 2.5% increments.
